Frequently Asked Question

To sign up and start trading on ChainEX, simply follow the steps presented below:

1. Using your mobile phone, navigate to the ChainEX app
2. On the app landing page, click on "Get Started".
3. On the "Create your account" section, enter your email address. Please use an email address you have access to and are using, you will need to verify your account from this email’s inbox.
4. Enter your first name.
5. Enter your last name.
6. If you have been invited to join ChainEX by a fellow ChainEX user, insert their referral code under the “Referral code” field. For more information on how Referrals work, click here.
7. Enter a password. Do note that your password needs to be at least eight characters long and contain uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
8. Confirm your chosen password by entering it in the “Confirm password” field
9. If you do not reside in an area that is prohibited from using our services, click the box next to “I do not reside in a geographical area barred from using the ChainEX services”.
10. If presented with, complete the ReCaptcha process in order to confirm that your sign-up is valid.
11. Click on "Sign Up".
12. Then click on "Continue"
13. Check your entered email’s inbox for an email received from ChainEX and open it. If you have trouble finding the email, please check your spam folder or contact our support staff here.
14. Once you have opened the email, select the “Activate Account” button displayed on it.
15. Once the “Activate Account” button has been selected, you have then successfully signed up to ChainEX.
