How do I reset my password?

What happens if you forgot your password and you can not log into your account or you wish to just change your password?
In this knowledge base topic, we will show you two possible ways to change or reset your password.
Option 1:
- By using your mobile phone, navigate and log into the ChainEX app
- Once you have logged in, click the Menu button (3 horizontal lines) in the top right corner.
- Click on "Change Password"
- Enter your "Current Password"
- Enter your new password.
- Confirm your new password by entering your new password again.
- Click on "Change Password"
From this point on, your password would be changed.
Option 2:
- By using your mobile phone, navigate to the ChainEX app.
- Click on "Sign in"
- Click on "Forgot Password"
- Enter your email address
- Click "Reset Password"
- And then click on "Continue"
- From this point, a "Forgot Password" email will be sent to you. Open and read this email.
- In the email, click on "Change Password"
- Enter your new password
- Then enter your new password again to confirm your password
- Then click on Change Password
From this point on, your password will be changed.
