How do I log a support ticket using the ChainEX app?

ChainEX has a team of expert Support Agents that are there to assist you. All you need to do is log a support ticket with these few easy steps:
- By using your mobile phone, navigate and log into the ChainEX app.
- Once you have logged in, click the Menu button (3 horizontal lines) in the top right corner.
- Click on "Support and Learn Portal"
- This will redirect you to the ChainEX Support Portal.
- Click on "Open a New Ticket"
- Enter the necessary information relevant to your query in the fields provided
- Select "Submit"
A ChainEX Support Agent will contact you and assist you with your issue.
