How do I log a support ticket using the ChainEX app?

ChainEX has a team of expert Support Agents that are there to assist you. All you need to do is log a support ticket with these few easy steps:

  1. By using your mobile phone, navigate and log into the ChainEX app.
  2. Once you have logged in, click the Menu button (3 horizontal lines) in the top right corner.
  3. Click on "Support and Learn Portal"
  4. This will redirect you to the ChainEX Support Portal.
  5. Click on "Open a New Ticket"
  6. Enter the necessary information relevant to your query in the fields provided
  7. Select "Submit"

A ChainEX Support Agent will contact you and assist you with your issue.
