How do I link my bank account on the ChainEX app?

In order to place a ZAR withdrawal, you are required to link a valid bank account.

To link and verify your bank account, follow the steps below:

  1. Using your mobile phone, navigate and log into the ChainEX app
  2. Identify and select your ZAR wallet
  3. Click on "Withdraw"
  4. At the bottom of the Withdrawal page, you will see "Add Bank Account"
  5. Click on "Add Bank Account"
  6. Then click on "Add Address", which is at the bottom of the "ZAR Address Book"
  7. Fill out the following information:
    1. Name
    2. Bank
    3. Account Number
    4. Account Type
    5. Branch Code

8. Then you can select if you wish to make this bank account a trusted account or not.
9. If you choose not to add this bank account as a Trusted Account, then click on "Add Address"

Your bank account has now been linked and sent for reviewal. You will receive the results via email within 48 hours.

10. If you choose to add this bank account as a Trusted Account, then turn the "Trusted" toggle on.
11. Then enter your account "password"
12. Then enter either your Fund PIN, 2FA, or both, depending on what you have set up on your account.
13. You will then click on "Add Address" 

Your bank account has now been linked and sent for reviewal. You will receive the results via email within 48 hours.
