How can I track my open tickets?

After submitting a support ticket to our ChainEX support team, you may wish to keep track of its progress. To do so, please follow the steps outlined below:

Check your ticket status:

  • Go to the ChainEX support page
  • Click on "Check Ticket Status"
  • Enter the email address used when submitting the ticket
  • Enter your ticket number (found in the email sent by ChainEX)
  • Click on the email access link
  • Navigate to your email and click on the access link sent by ChainEX
  • Review your ticket status

Alternatively, there are two methods to register an account for tracking your tickets:

Registering an account (First Method):

  • Go to the ChainEX support page
  • Navigate to the sign-in or ticket status page
  • Click on "Create an Account" or "Register for an Account"
  • Complete the registration form
  • Click on "Register"
  • Check your email and click on the link to confirm your email address
  • Your account will be registered

    Registering an account (Second Method):
  • Log a support ticket
  • Go to your email and open the email sent by ChainEX
  • Click the link "View This Ticket's Progress Online"
  • Click on "Register for an Account" in the top right corner
  • Complete the registration form
  • Click on "Register"
  • Check your email and click on the link to confirm your email address
  • Your account will be registered
