How can I track my open tickets?

After submitting a support ticket to our ChainEX support team, you may wish to keep track of its progress. To do so, please follow the steps outlined below:
Check your ticket status:
- Go to the ChainEX support page
- Click on "Check Ticket Status"
- Enter the email address used when submitting the ticket
- Enter your ticket number (found in the email sent by ChainEX)
- Click on the email access link
- Navigate to your email and click on the access link sent by ChainEX
- Review your ticket status
Alternatively, there are two methods to register an account for tracking your tickets:
Registering an account (First Method):
- Go to the ChainEX support page
- Navigate to the sign-in or ticket status page
- Click on "Create an Account" or "Register for an Account"
- Complete the registration form
- Click on "Register"
- Check your email and click on the link to confirm your email address
- Your account will be registered
Registering an account (Second Method):
- Log a support ticket
- Go to your email and open the email sent by ChainEX
- Click the link "View This Ticket's Progress Online"
- Click on "Register for an Account" in the top right corner
- Complete the registration form
- Click on "Register"
- Check your email and click on the link to confirm your email address
- Your account will be registered
