Blocked or disabled account?

Your account can be blocked by your IP getting banned, and your account can be disabled by trying to log in incorrectly too many times. Your account can also be banned from three failed verification attempts. If your account gets disabled, you will receive an email, and you can simply click on Unblock Account. If your IP address gets banned, simply log a ticket with the ChainEX Support Team with all the required information, including your IP address, and the ChainEX Support Team will take it from there. Please note: Until you are on Verification Level 2, you will not have full access to your account or be able to perform any transactions.
