If your ChainEX account has been blocked as a result of entering the wrong password three times, we will send you an email with instructions on how to unblock your account.

  1. Check the inbox of the email you registered on ChainEX with, look for a mail from us and open it

  2. Select Unblock account in the email

  3. You can now navigate to chainex.io and log in with your email and password.
