It means your transaction still has to be confirmed by the network. When a transaction is made, it is sent into a transaction pool, where it gets placed into blocks, which are then confirmed by miners. This can take about 10 minutes or longer depending on the transaction and how many transactions can fit into a block. When the transaction has been included in a block by the miners, it has been confirmed. The transaction will then appear in the receiving wallets.
