If you cannot access your 2FA codes on your cell phone, all you have to do is go to our ChainEX Support Portal and log a ticket. Inform the ChainEX Support Agents about your situation and provide them with your 2FA secret code. Once you have done that, a ChainEX Support Agent will disable your 2FA so you can regain access to your account.
