Digital currency mining is the use of computers to solve complex mathematical problems to verify digital currency transactions and add them to the blockchain. When mining, you will receive a reward for solving the algorithm and lengthening the chain. Mining does apply to ChainEX in the sense that mining is needed for transactions, digital currency deposits and digital currency withdrawals to be confirmed and added to the blockchain. Although you cannot mine directly to your ChainEX wallets, directly under your wallet addresses on ChainEX, it says “Please do not mine directly to the deposit address and/or auto-withdraw from pools.”
