Approximately five minutes after you have logged your first ticket, you will receive a user activation email from ChainEX. Click on the provided URL link to activate your account and select a password. This password can be the same as your login password. Then you can click on Check Ticket Status on the support page and keep track of all your open tickets. Click to track your open tickets here.
