Frequently Asked Question

To sign up and start trading on ChainEX, simply follow the steps presented below:

1. Navigate to the following address on your browser: https://chainex.io
2. Select the “Sign up” button on the top right.
3. Enter your email address in the “Email” field to the top. Please use an email address you have access to and are using, you will need to verify your account from this email’s inbox.
4. Enter your First name in the “First name” field under your email address.
5. Enter your Last name in the “Last name” field under your First name.
6. Enter a password in the “Password” field. Your password needs to be at least eight characters long and contain letters and numbers.
7. Confirm your chosen password by entering it in the “Confirm password” field
8. If you have been invited to join ChainEX by a fellow ChainEX user, insert their referral code under the “Referral code” field. For more information on how Referrals work, click here.
9. If you do not reside in an area that is prohibited from using our services, click the box next to “I do not reside in a geographical area barred from using the ChainEX services”.
10. Select the “I'm not a robot” block to confirm that your sign up is valid.
11. Select the Register button.
12. Check your entered email’s inbox for an email received from ChainEX and open it. If you have trouble finding the email, please check your spam folder or contact our support staff here.
13. Once you have opened the email, select the “Verify Account” button displayed on it.
14. Once the “Verify Account” button has been selected, a page confirming your accounts verification will be loaded. Once loaded, select the “Login” button.

Once the “Login” button has been selected, the ChainEX login page will be loaded from which you can log in following these steps.
