How do I reactivate my blocked account?

If your ChainEX account has been blocked as a result of entering the wrong password three times, we will send you an email with instructions on how to unblock your account.
- Check the inbox of the email you registered on ChainEX with, look for a mail from us and open it
- Select Unblock account in the email
- You can now navigate to chainex.io and log in with your email and password.
