Frequently Asked Question

Depending on the profile verification steps you’ve completed, your ChainEX profile may be on one of three levels:

1. Level 0
2. Level 1 or
3. Level 2

If you are on Level 0 and want to reach Level 1 verification, follow these steps:

1. Log in to ChainEX (chainex.io).
2. Select the drop-down arrow next to your user name in the top right corner
3. Select Profile in the dropdown menu
4. On the Profile page next to Personal Details, select Verify Now
5. Enter your country dialing code and mobile number including the '0" and click on Next
6. Enter the code received on your mobile in the verification code field.
7. Select Verify.

Your verification level will be updated to display as Verification Level 1
